I grew up in Ft. Worth, Texas, graduated from Arlington Heights High School, then graduated from North Texas State, which is now University of North Texas. After spending a few years in the United States Army, I came back to Ft. Worth and eventually started a career in the Mortgage Lending Industry. I really enjoyed the mortgage business and have worn many hats in the business. In 1990 the business moved me to the Overland Park, KS where I still reside.

    We raised 5 beautiful children in Overland Park. Yes, we spent most of our weekends at soccer and baseball fields! Four of them graduated from The University of Kansas and one majored in World Travel, which worried Dad much during that time. All have moved out of the house and on their own, so we are empty nesters like many of you. I am proud to say we have an Evironmental Specialist, a Doctor, a CPA, a Certified Financial Planner and an Esthetician. Two live in Colorado, one in Dallas and we have two still living in Overland Park. One married and one getting married next summer. No grandchildren, yet, but we do enjoy our two rescue dogs, Beau and Hash Brown. We are also proud members of The Church of the Resurrection, Leawood.
